We started out with two lambs for the kids 4-H projects in 2000. At the time I was running a home improvement company with offices in Springville and Hamburg. The Daily repetition was not enough to keep me going. I sold my business and retired from the daily grind in 2010. We began increasing the number of animals and species we raised. Our family has always raised our own food and we really enjoyed watching the animals grow and develop right before our eyes. We were lucky to have delicious homegrown, steroid free, antibiotic free meat. Several friends and family began asking for meat and other products. That is when it really began. We began by selling whole and half animals for the freezer. We were happy to provide our friends and family with healthy quality meat at a reasonable cost. We carried this over into our retail business and we opened our store on Franklin street in Springville. We wanted to be able to offer a premium product at a reasonable price. We were able to accomplish this by teaming up with a USDA butcher facility in Pennsylvania. We now offer premium cuts of grass fed, grass finished beef and grass fed, grain finished beef. We take a great deal of pride in offering a healthy alternative to commercially produced factory farms available from the grocery store and meat markets. This is true farm to table!
